Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Baker's Print Mail Club, all purchases are final.

As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at studio@elitsaristova.com within a reasonable time of delivery. Include your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. I will review the details and do my best to resolve the issue.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing date has been processed will take effect from the following billing cycle.
