Our Story

Elitsa Ristova (b. 1991) is a London-based painter working primarily in oil paint. Through contemporary portraiture, her practice examines identity and the psychological nuances of contemporary metropolitan life. Her intimate and carefully observed paintings move beyond direct representation, creating restrained and contemplative spaces that explore interpersonal relationships and the subtle tensions of modern experience.

In 2026, she began developing The Baker’s Table Collection, an ongoing body of work centred on food, memory, and communal ritual. Within this series, the table functions both as subject and metaphor—a site of connection, conversation, and exchange. Centred around the table as a space of exchange and human interaction, the works reflect on the quiet significance of shared moments, routine gestures, and collective experience.

Elitsa Ristova holds an MSc in International Business Management from London South Bank University and a BA in Fashion from the London College of Contemporary Arts. She began her studies at Goce Delčev University of Štip before continuing her education in London.
