Print Club FAQs

When will my print ship?

Prints are usually shipped during the first week of the month. Shipping dates may occasionally change depending on production schedules, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Any important updates will be communicated to Print Club members.

When do I need to subscribe?

Join by the 26th of the month to receive the next month's print.

What will I receive?

Members receive an exclusive fine art print selected from my current body of work. Prints are produced especially for Print Club subscribers and may not be available elsewhere.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. You can pause, skip, or cancel your membership at any time through your account.

How do I manage my membership?

Click "Manage Your Membership" on the Print Club page and sign in to your customer account to update your details, payment method, shipping address, or subscription settings.

When will I be charged?

Your membership renews automatically on the same date each month as your original subscription.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address through your customer account before your next renewal date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at studio@elitsaristova.com with your name, order number, and photographs of the damage or incorrect item. I will review the details and do my best to help.

Can I return a Print Club shipment?

Due to the nature of the Print Club and limited-edition artwork, all subscription sales are final.

Will every print be the same?

The Print Club is designed to share exclusive artwork with subscribers. Each monthly release may feature different imagery, themes, formats, or print sizes.
